How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?
I will only store or transfer some of your personal data within the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation. Our website hosting company is based in the UK. However, I do use “Gmail” which means that any data shared with me by email will be subject to their privacy policy which can be viewed at https://policies.google.com/privacy#infosharing . Google maintain servers around the world which means data may be processed outside the UK. Google complies with the legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data such as the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks. More information is available from the European Commission.
The security of your personal data is essential to me, and to protect your data, I take a number of important measures, including the following:
- limiting access to your personal data to those agents, contractors, and other third parties with a legitimate need to know and ensuring that they are subject to duties of confidentiality;

You may access My Site without providing any personal data at all. However, to use all features and functions available on My Site you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.
